For over 25 years Roger has worked in the fitness and health business. Stimulated by his own interest in endurance sports such as cross-country ski marathoning, canoeing, and running, Roger’s passion shifted to not only maintaining his own fitness, but to helping and encouraging others to become physically fit. His passion for training led to facilitating and leading workouts for his local school district.
